Who we are
Zaitoon means olive. We took the name and set a table for two cuisines.
Galaxy is a modern Indian restaurant group built on flavour, quality ingredients and consistency. At Zaitoon we pair the dishes we know best, from Kashmiri rogan josh to Kerala beef fry, with the kebabs, shawai and Al Faham of the Arab world.
